How to Enable Pricing Sync
- Confirm you’re connected using the latest version of the Viator API.
- Go to Account > Connectivity in your Viator account.
- Toggle Pricing Sync on.
- Choose “Enable for all” to apply across products.
To test it: update a price in your booking software and watch it flow through to your Viator schedule automatically.

Do I have to use Pricing Sync?
No. It’s optional. You can continue using availability-only sync if you prefer. But Pricing Sync is recommended to save time and keep your data accurate.
What happens if I change a price in my booking software?
Viator detects a notification from your booking software about the update and applies pricing and availability changes to your schedules automatically.
Can I still edit prices manually in Viator?
When Pricing Sync is enabled, manual editing is locked in the Supplier Management Center to prevent data conflicts. To make changes to prices, edit the connected product in your booking software. You can toggle Pricing Sync off for a product anytime if you want to edit manually.
Which distribution channels do price changes apply to?
Your Net Rate set via Pricing Sync is the basis for all pricing, wherever we distribute your products. When you list products on Viator, they may also be offered for sale on Tripadvisor and selected distribution channels. Keeping your Viator pricing fresh and competitive with Pricing Sync also keeps prices up to date in all those other channels.
