You may have noticed that your trusty Operator Resource Center has undergone some cosmetic changes in the past few weeks. Since our last redesign in 2021, we’ve been hard at work evaluating the site’s ease of use based on your feedback and are ready to present the new design.

What’s new:

Fresh visuals:

We’ve livened up our pages with operator-centric imagery featuring photos of travelers enjoying Viator experiences and popular destinations.

Easier ways to explore specific topics:

If you are interested in diving deep into a specific topic, such as Reviews, it is now much easier to pull all of our resources together. Simply use the new “Explore By Category” menu on each blog page to get back to your topic’s home base and see what other blog posts and case studies are related to that topic.

Clearer navigation between blog posts:

We’re now providing a carousel of related posts at the bottom of each post, so you won’t need to navigate away from the page to decide what to read next.

New Booking Management Page:

Our new Booking Management Software page will walk you through the benefits of using booking management software, also known as reservation systems, before directing you to our Connectivity Partners page to research which system will work best for you.

What’s the same:

URLs:

All of the old URLs will remain the same. Continue to use https://operatorresources.viator.com/ as your homepage and bookmark it if you haven’t ready!

Centralized resources:

All your most frequently used operator links, such as those to the Management Center and Help Center, will still be available in one place. No matter what page you explore throughout your visit, you’ll be able to navigate back to those key websites using either the top navigation bar or the footer.

Did we miss something?

We always welcome recommendations on how we can improve the site. Explore the new layout, and let us know your thoughts.
